Brutus Makes Sheepie Cry
TALES FROM THE BRAT FARMDamn but I truly hate that man. He truly is just a sperm donor with no sense about raising a child. Or even how to treat people. He actually expected us to take her to a greyhound bus station in the wee hours of the morning so she could get in at a convenient time for the stepmother (one of many). Talk about a pussy-whipped man. I could scarcely believe that he traded in HIS truck in order to buy her some little crappy car as sheepie puts it. This guy is supposed to be starting a job on the 4th of January (I believe that's the date) and just how in the hell is he supposed to get back and forth?
Anyway, it seems that Clawdiah just can't be bothered to drive to Tallahassee at a decent 9:30pm because she is going to have family in town. Which was the first that Sheepie had heard of it (and even Brutus hadn't). Now get this.....Brutus and Clawdiah are married to each other but they do NOT live together. He is expected to pay HER bills (and trust me on this...HER bills come first!). I asked Sheepie if she was a big enough woman to *take* him if he laid a hand on her and she smiled and shook her head yes. Made ME laugh!
It does explain a lot. Anyway, Brutus started screaming at Sheepie and telling her that she was expecting them to live their lives around HER schedule and Sheepie, bless her heart, said to him, *Excuse me! But we set up the bus trip schedule to suit Clawdiah, not what *I* wanted. It seems to me that you are telling me that she can't be bothered so the hell with me. Why can't you just TELL her that she HAS to since you were left with nothing in order to buy HER a crappy car?* His answer to his young daughter? F**K YOU! and he hung up on her.
The Beast was totally pissed off. He said, *They want US to not get home until 3am in the morning because the bitch can't be bothered???? No way in hell.* We told Sheepie to just tell him that if that was the way he felt, then we would just keep her. Buttmunch was prepared to stay a couple more days...just in case. A little while later, Brutus called back and said they could manage it anytime after Wednesday. As it stand now, we will send her home on Friday afternoon. That way they can celebrate all they want on New Year's Eve and have time to recover before they have to pick her up. At first, we thought Thursday but that would mean that Brutus and Clawdiah would not be able to start celebrating until late and that would piss them off. So what's one more day so that Sheepie won't be yelled at for nothing that is her fault at all. It all had to do with what Brutus wanted and then to accommodate Clawdiah.
Poor Sheepie was crying and so upset over the initial call. I felt bad for her because the man is a real asshole redneck bastard (I apologize for being so blunt). It still pisses me off when I think how he abused my daughter and the injuries he caused her (and her too embarrassed and far away to tell us about it). There is one guy that is a waste of flesh and wouldn't be missed if someone threw some chlorine in the gene pool and he disappeared. He gives rednecks a bad name all on his lonesome.
She and the Princess went to the show tonight to see the movie *It's Complicated* with Glenn Close, Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin. The Princess claimed it was a good movie and I gather that Sheepie liked it too. She really wanted to see Avatar but it is a 3-hour movie and the Princess has to work early tomorrow. Plus, with having to dress the baby and drop her off at preschool (yes, the baby started preschool this week at one of the local church schools. It's a Headstart program more than likely) it means getting up earlier than she likes.
I watched Chewlee since Johnnycakes had to work and would have had to leave before they got home. As soon as mommy left, she insisted she wanted to watch *Zilla*. I took it down and she picked out the one she wanted to see. Then, when that one was done, we had to watch the one with Minizilla and assorted others on Monster Island. We actually watched it TWICE. When it finished, she insisted we watch that one AGAIN. I think I can safely say it's her favorite right now. She likes the fact that the little boy and Minizilla are friends.

It's 34 degrees out and that ugly weather front is still heading our way. I don't know if it's gotten lighter or not but I will watch the weather channel in a little bit to get a feel for how it's going to be the next couple of days. It sure felt cold and kind of *icy* when Sheepie and I went out to Walmart and then to KFC to pick up dinner.
Love you all and I hope you keep warm and stay healthy.

It's not Glenn Close, it's Meryl Streep.
